Launch PCC2000.mde. Select the
Start button at the welcome screen.
Select Extract BOM from BPCS from the Tools pull-down.
Enter the project number from Project Gateway/BPCS to transfer when prompted. (Note: The number must match exactly, including any special characters).
A Microsoft Access dialog box displays the name of the project and finishes entered in BPCS. Select the OK to close the dialog box.
Another dialog box appears notifying the user Extraction is complete.
Select the AutoCAD icon "Import Bill of Material from FMCS" on the Project Data page.
The Project number will change to match that of the Bill of Material imported. User will receive a notification "Import complete for project..."
