After completing all markups...
Select the drop down arrow of the Republish Markup DWF (Alt+1) icon next to the current loaded Markup Set at the top of the dialog.
Select Republish All Sheets or Republish Markup Sheets from the fly-out menu.
Select the save location for the revised DWF file. (DWF files are to be saved in the same network folder as the corresponding AutoCAD .DWG file).
Select Yes to overwrite the original DWF file or select No if you wish to rename the revised DWF file and keep the original intact. (Note: Markup History will be saved upon Republishing, only data added to the DWF file by alternate users through AutoDesk Design Review will be purged from the DWF file).
Locate the DWF file through Windows Explorer and create a Shortcut link to the document. Attach this shortcut link in an email sent to Project Coordination alerting them the DWF file is ready for AutoDesk Design Review mark-ups.
The full file path information of the .DWG used to created the .DWF remains with the DWF. If the base .DWG file is moved to an alternate network folder after the DWF is published, the link to the drawing to be used in the Markup Manager will not operate. DWF files created with AutoDesk Design review or those DWF's with broken drawing links will open with AutoDesk Design Review when selected in the Markup Manager.
